How often should you change your filter?

A tired filter stops protecting you and your appliance. Here's a quick guide.

Fridge water filter 6 months
Under sink water filter 6 to 12 months
Shower filter cartridge 3 to 6 months

How do I find the right filter for my appliance?

Search by your appliance model number or the part number printed on your old filter. Every product lists the models it fits, and you can check yours right on the product page.

What's the difference between genuine and compatible filters?

Genuine filters are made by the original appliance manufacturer. Compatible filters are made by a third party to fit and do the same job, usually at a lower price. Both are clearly labelled on every product.

How often should I replace my filter?

It depends on the filter and how much you use it. As a rule of thumb, fridge water filters every 6 months and shower filters every 3 to 6 months. Check the product page for the recommended interval.

Do you deliver Australia wide?

Yes. Orders are packed in Perth and shipped Australia wide with tracking. Shipping is a $12.95 flat rate, and free on orders over $99. In-stock items ordered before 12pm AWST on a business day ship the same day.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, with no restocking fee. Opened drinking water and shower filters cannot be returned for change of mind for hygiene reasons. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
