Care and replacement
Most fridge filters should be replaced every 6 months, or when the filter indicator lights up. Run a few litres through a new filter before drinking to flush out carbon fines.

Returns
Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. No restocking fee. Opened drinking water and shower filters cannot be returned for change of mind, for hygiene reasons. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
