We deliver Australia wide from Perth, Western Australia. Standard shipping is $12.95 per order and free on orders over $99.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include GST. We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing time

In-stock items: orders placed before 12pm AWST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Order-in items: some genuine parts are ordered from the manufacturer for you. These are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days, and the product page shows when an item is order-in. If there is a delay, we will contact you with an updated date or a full refund if you prefer.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is damaged on arrival, lost or more than 5 business days late, contact us on (08) 6270 1707 and we will follow it up with the carrier. Lost or damaged parcels are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Please check your delivery address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
