Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from filtrs.com.au, operated by New Eco Group Pty Ltd (ABN 35 605 931 342). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and fitment

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including part numbers, brands and compatible models. Product images may be representative. Please check the part number on your existing filter or your appliance model number before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure. Genuine products are made by the original appliance manufacturer. Compatible products are made by other manufacturers to fit and perform the same function, and are clearly labelled as compatible.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Multi-buy offer

Buy 2 or 3 filters in one order and save 10% off the order. Buy 4 or more and save $20 off the order, or 10% if that saves you more. Any filters can be mixed and matched. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, cannot be combined with other discount codes, and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting orders already placed.

Orders

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for goods that are not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use is limited to replacing the goods, repairing them or refunding the price.

Installation

Follow the appliance manufacturer's instructions when fitting any filter. Refrigeration filter driers and other sealed-system parts must be fitted by a licensed technician.

Website use

You must not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation. All content on the site belongs to New Eco Group Pty Ltd or its licensors. Brand names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products they suit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
