Check your filter regularly. Most are replaced every 6 to 12 months, or sooner with heavy use or pets. Only wash filters the manufacturer marks as washable, and let them dry fully.

Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. No restocking fee. Opened drinking water and shower filters cannot be returned for change of mind, for hygiene reasons. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
